City Clerk

The City Clerk’s Office is located at:
515 N. Adams Street
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m to noon, and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m

The City Clerk is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, utility billing, payroll, budget preparation, records management, Council meeting minutes, and a host of other duties.

City Hall is the contact point for the City of Wellsburg. Wendy will be happy to answer your questions or pointing you in the right direction.
